Spreading the Warmth is a single owner home-based business located near Nashville, TN. The business was started in 2017 when I wanted to buy a heating pad for my sister that was like one my mother bought me years before. I looked and looked but was unable to find one similar. Since I couldn’t find what I wanted, I decided to try to make one. I researched different fillers and materials and trace my heating pad to create a pattern.

After making one for my sister, I decided to make more for Christmas presents. I enjoyed making them so much, I decided to start a business selling them. My business has taken over half of my living room. I go to craft/vendor fairs to sell my wares and now I am going online with this website. To date, I have made and sold hundreds of heating/cooling pads and have gotten great feedback from my customers.

I am the mother of two adult children and the grandmother to one grandson who I adore. I am also a doggie mom of a Corgi mix who I also adore and a cat mom
